What's on the brunch table
When we designed the Day Spa menu, we built it as a brunch of recovery, not excess. Light, fresh, hydrating, with a sweet bite to close and a real specialty coffee to anchor it. Here's what arrives at the table when you walk in from the spa:

- Loose-leaf tea or specialty coffee. Single-origin beans — mainly Nicaraguan — roasted for our daily blend.
- Mint & ginger lemonade. Fresh, no added sugar, perfectly post-treatment.
- Main of your choice. Scrambled eggs, Avo Toast (avocado and poached egg on sourdough) or oat pancakes.
- Sweet of your choice. A vanilla cookie filled with chocolate, a vegan oat-and-blueberry cookie, or a walnut sablée alfajor with dulce de leche.
The brunch can vary slightly with the season and daily availability. We work with fresh produce and a seasonal menu.
Why Sāntal — and not just any café in the neighbourhood
Belgrano has very good cafés. We say it without ego: it doesn't make sense to pick a café to close a Day Spa just because it's nearby. The reason Spa Belgrano chose Sāntal as the Day Spa partner has three concrete legs, and they're worth naming:
Real specialty coffee. Sāntal works with single-origin beans, mainly Nicaraguan, with our own roast and trained baristas. The cup that comes after the treatment matters.

How to make the most of your spa day
Arrive fifteen minutes early
Spa Belgrano is at Vuelta de Obligado 1551. If you get there a little ahead, you can change without rushing, talk through your skin biotype with the professional (the initial diagnosis is free) and walk into the cabin already relaxed.
Switch the phone off during treatments
The phone is the main saboteur of the experience. Lock it away, recover two hours of empty head, and thank yourself later.
Reserve the Sāntal table with extra room
The spa team books your Sāntal table aligned with your treatment times, but if you want to extend the close, plan for an extra hour: Sāntal stays open until 10pm and pivots from specialty coffee by day to a wine cellar in the evening. If your spa day ends in the afternoon, you can flow from coffee to a glass of wine without leaving the table.
If you're gifting it, add a handwritten card
