Colegiales · Belgrano · Chacarita
Specialty coffee, done the porteño way.
Three neighborhood cafés in Buenos Aires with all-day brunch, homemade pastry baked every morning, specialty coffee and natural wines. Open daily from 7:30 AM — and yes, we speak English.
Three cafés, one obsession
SĀNTAL was born in Colegiales and grew into three corners of the city's most livable neighborhoods — plus a 17th-century windmill in Palma de Mallorca. Every location bakes its own pastry each morning and pulls the same carefully-sourced espresso.
Visiting Buenos Aires? All three cafés are 10–20 minutes from Palermo, in the neighborhoods where locals actually eat. No lines, no tourist menus.

Good to know
Do you take reservations?
Yes — for groups and special occasions via WhatsApp. For tables of 2–4, walk-ins work great: we're neighborhood cafés, not a tourist queue. See our reservations page for details.
Do you speak English?
Yes, our teams handle English every day. Menus are easy to navigate and our WhatsApp line answers in English too.
Which location is best for visitors?
All three! Belgrano pairs well with Chinatown and Barrancas; Chacarita with Movistar Arena concerts; Colegiales is the original, with Friday vinyl nights.
Do you have Wi-Fi and laptop-friendly tables?
Yes — all three cafés are remote-work friendly on weekdays, with good Wi-Fi and plenty of outlets.
Can I buy a gift card for someone in Buenos Aires?
Yes — a custom digital brunch gift card, built dish by dish and delivered by WhatsApp the same day. Perfect if you're abroad and they're here.
What are your hours?
Daily 7:30 AM – 8:30 PM at all locations; Colegiales stays open Fridays until 11 PM for vinyl nights.
